Shipping & Delivery Policy

About Flower Atelier offers local flower delivery and in-store pickup from our shop near the UBC campus in Vancouver, BC. Because our products are fresh flowers, we deliver locally only and do not ship by courier or mail.

ORDER TIMING
- Please place your order at least 24 hours before your requested delivery or pickup time.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM, or on Sundays and statutory holidays, will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
- During peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and UBC graduation season, ordering deadlines, delivery days and pickup times may change. Any changes will be posted on our website and at checkout.

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver to the following Vancouver neighbourhoods:
- UBC (University of British Columbia) campus and University Endowment Lands
- Point Grey
- Kitsilano
If your address is outside these areas, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know whether delivery is possible.

DELIVERY FEE
A flat delivery fee of $15 CAD applies to each delivery address within our delivery area.

DELIVERY HOURS
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- No deliveries on Sundays or statutory holidays (special hours may apply during peak seasons).
- If you need delivery at a particular time, please leave a note at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

IN-STORE PICKUP
- In-store pickup is free — no delivery fee applies.
- Pickup is available Monday to Saturday during store hours at our shop: 2130 Western Pkwy, Vancouver, BC V6T 1V6.
- Please select your pickup date at checkout. We will have your order ready on the selected date.
- Fresh flowers are perishable; we cannot guarantee the condition of orders picked up later than the selected date.

RECIPIENT INFORMATION
Please provide the recipient's full name, phone number, complete address (including unit number and buzzer code) and any delivery instructions. For UBC deliveries, please include the building name and room or department.
If we cannot reach the recipient or sender to complete a delivery by the end of the second day, the flowers may be donated or discarded due to their perishable nature, and no refund will be issued. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
Flowers are seasonal. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style and colour palette as close as possible.
